Burapha University, Thailand, and Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information, South Korea have collaborative research about International Collaborative Research on Digital Data Exchange Cooperation Project between Korea and Thailand to guide the rapid response of the global epidemic. Also we have a invited researcher from Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health and Princess Srisavangavadhana College of Medicine, Chulabhorn Royal Academy.
The objective of this project is to collect and analyze a large dataset of Information about the epidemic, the number of deaths, the number of patients, and other information such as weather, temperature, and humidity, which are the causes of the outbreak.
Specifically, we will create collaboration with three institutions between the Faculty of Information, Burapha University, Chulabhorn Royal College, and Korea Institute of Science and Technology -institutions that supervise South Korea's supercomputers- for 1) developing data structures (Data Architecture) or dataset that is appropriate and can be used immediately, and 2) developing models or models to predict the occurrence of epidemics in the world.
